Motor Vehicle Yard

The motor vehicle yard has capacity to accommodate 5,000 units. These units are allocated to different marked areas depending with the vessel, sizes and either long stayed units under Customs awaiting auction or transit units.  The marking of the yard helps in allocation of units, enhances proper housekeeping, and eases traceability and identification process by use of sticker placed on windshield or key tag. 

Kenya Revenue Authority Road transport issues registration number plates on site which enhances efficiency in motor vehicle clearance from the facility.
