The Operations is overseen by professional management and dedicated staff who have many years of experience in the industry.

The team has Internal Review Board that is mandated in reviewing the processes and policies and advises the management on the best practices in achieving the organization goals.

The team is divided into five key folds namely; Administration and Human Resources, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Information Technology and Security.
